Please tell us a little bit about yourself:

We are sisters, former librarians, and yoga teachers passionate about promoting not only literacy but also health and well-being. Our kids' yoga stories stretch bodies and minds through timeless wisdom tales told with a yogic twist.

We write books to inspire children to express themselves through both story and yoga. Story enhances language, listening, and critical thinking skills. Yoga enhances body and mind awareness. These twin arts bring balance, strength, and flexibility to both body and mind creating calm, confident, and  compassionate kids.

We get our inspiration from wisdom tales. Wisdom tales are the world's oldest form of literature. These traditional tales have survived for hundreds of years and have the power to speak to the lives of children today.  Our adaptations give them a breath of fresh air.

Always add some mindful movement and imaginative play to your day!!

Please tell us a little bit about yourself:

I'm an award-winning children's book author. I wrote and illustrated my first unpublished children's book, The Little Shoe Shop when I was eight. As a child, I loved the story, Cinderella, because I saw the inner beauty, kindness, and strength in Cinderella. I love books with happily-ever-after endings.

Why do you write children's books?

I write children's books because I am passionate about empowering and healing the inner spirits of children and the child in every adult. Every book I write has an element of healing the body, mind, and spirit.

Where do you get your inspiration from?

I get my inspiration from children. Seeing their beauty, innocence, love, and pure honesty, touches my heart.

What is your message to children?

To believe in themselves. Be true to who they are and cherish the love, beauty, joy, and magic in their hearts. They are all unique and beautiful.
